  • Check Hide all Microsoft services, tap disable all, locate and check: Parallels Coherence Service and Parallels Tools and click Apply.
  • In the Startup tab, tap open task Manager and disable all the processes except Parallels Control Center.

  • Check if the issue still persists then shut down virtual machine, open virtual machine configuration in the security Tab, and turn on Isolate Windows from Mac option.
  • Finally, start the virtual machine and check the issue.
